1. Card Hold. Renter authorizes AKJA LLC to place a hold (pre-authorization) on the credit card identified above for the total replacement value listed in the equipment table above. The hold will remain active for the entire rental period and will be released within five (5) business days of confirmed return of all equipment in the same condition as received.

2. Authorization to Charge. Renter expressly authorizes AKJA LLC to charge the credit card identified above for any amount owed under this Waiver or the master Equipment Rental Agreement, including but not limited to: replacement cost for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment; repair costs not exceeding replacement value; late return fees; cleaning fees; and any other charges authorized under the master Rental Agreement. Renter acknowledges that the hold amount represents the maximum pre-authorized amount, not a cap on Renter's total liability.

3. Assumption of Responsibility. Renter accepts full responsibility for the rented equipment from the moment of pickup until confirmed return to AKJA LLC. Renter acknowledges that AKJA LLC's standard insurance Certificate (COI) requirement is waived for the Tier 2 equipment listed above, and that this Waiver and the associated card authorization are the sole financial backstop for AKJA LLC against loss, theft, or damage.

4. Full Replacement Liability. Renter is fully liable for the full manufacturer or current-market replacement cost of any rented item that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond economical repair while in Renter's possession or under Renter's control. This liability is not capped by the card hold amount and survives release of the hold if charges remain due. Section 5 of the master Equipment Rental Agreement (Client Liability) applies in full and is incorporated herein by reference.

5. Condition of Equipment at Pickup. Renter has inspected each rented item at pickup and acknowledges that each item is in proper working condition unless noted in writing on the master Equipment Rental Agreement or attached condition report.

6. Permitted Use. Renter shall use the rented equipment solely for lawful film, video, or photography production purposes and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Renter shall not sublease, lend, pledge, or otherwise transfer possession of the equipment to any third party without AKJA LLC's prior written consent.

7. Notification of Loss or Damage. Renter shall notify AKJA LLC by phone and in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of any loss, theft, damage, or malfunction affecting the rented equipment.

8. Release of AKJA LLC. Renter releases AKJA LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising out of Renter's use of the rented equipment, except to the extent such loss is caused by AKJA LLC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing Law. This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising under this Waiver shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

10. Entire Agreement. This Waiver, together with the master Equipment Rental Agreement of the same date and the equipment table above, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding Tier 2 equipment rental and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings on the same subject.
